We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused services.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment.

To request a refund under the 14-day guarantee, contact support@clavo.chat with your account details and reason for the request.

Exceptions: the 14-day money-back guarantee does not apply to the cases listed below.

  • Renewal payments.
  • Users who have violated our Terms of Service.
  • Users who have consumed a significant portion of their allocated monthly quota during the 14-day period.

4. Payment Processing

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
