Clavo provides users with access to artificial intelligence tools, communication channel integrations, and personalized AI characters.

You understand and agree that the service is provided "AS IS" and that Clavo assumes no responsibility for timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Clavo offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.

5. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with it contain proprietary and confidential information protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
